Pricing
Simple pricing, free to start
Pilot EFB is free to start on iPhone and iPad. Most of the app stays free for good, and Pro lifts the usage caps once it has become part of your routine.
No account to begin, no ads, and your own data is never locked behind a plan. You can view, edit, and export your logbook and briefings as CSV at any time, on every tier; PDF reports come with Pro.

Prices are in US dollars. The App Store shows the final price for your country, in your currency, before you subscribe. Pilot EFB Desk is charged in US dollars: Stripe shows the final amount before you subscribe, we are not VAT registered so no VAT is added, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time, from your App Store subscription settings for Pro and from Settings, Subscription for Desk. The two subscriptions are separate: one does not unlock the other. Pilot EFB is an informational and organisational tool, not a certified EFB.
What is free, and where Pro begins
The free tier on iOS is usage-based, not a 30-day clock. The tools you reach for on every flight stay free and unlimited. The caps are only on the parts that grow as you genuinely adopt the app.
Your own data is never part of the cap. Viewing, editing, and exporting your logbook and saved briefings as CSV is free on every tier. "Unlimited" means normal personal use by one pilot; automated or commercial use is not permitted (see the terms).
