The Community surface is a shared feature-request board. Pilots post ideas, upvote each other's, and follow each request from Open to Done or Declined. It is the one part of Pilot EFB that is not private to your device. The module's framing, which you can read in full under Settings > About, is: "Community-submitted ideas - not endorsements, commitments, or official roadmap. Posts are written by other users." A populated board repeats the short form at its foot.

Find your way around

There is no Community tab. The board opens from the app's built-in tutorial (see How to open the board below). Once open, it is a single list of ideas with these controls:

Control	What it shows
Stat strip	The board's counts of ideas, votes and done items
Top / New / Trending	Sort: most votes (each card ranked), newest, or the most-voted ideas among recent posts
Filter	A sheet with category (Feature, Integration, Bug, Other) and status (Open, Under review, Planned, In progress, Done, Declined)
Filter chips	Your active filters, above the list; tap one to clear it
Idea card	Rank, status badge, title, a snippet of the description, category, age, and the vote count beside a caret

The header holds the + button, which opens Suggest a feature.

How to open the board

Open Settings > Help & onboarding > Tutorial & how-tos. The hub is titled Tutorial & Help.
Tap Community.
Read the intro card, then tap Take me there.

The same steps work on iPhone and iPad. The tutorial lives in the Learn area; the Learn & Reference chapter covers it. On the web edition, Community sits in the sidebar.

How to browse and filter ideas

Pick a sort segment: Top, New or Trending.
Tap Filter and choose a category, a status, or both. The sheet closes and your picks appear as chips above the list.
Tap a chip to remove that filter.
Tap a card to open the full post. The detail screen shows the posted date and a status rail stepping the idea from Open through to Done.

How to vote on an idea

Tap the caret beside the vote count on any idea. The count goes up by one.
Tap the caret again to take your vote back.

Votes are what move an idea up the board.

How to suggest a feature

On the board, tap +. The Suggest a feature screen opens.
If you are not signed in, tap Sign in or create account and finish signing in.
On your very first post, read the community guidelines and agree. You are not asked again.
Enter a short title.
Add optional details ("What problem does this solve? How would it work?") and pick a category.
Tap Post idea. Your idea lands on the board as Open.

The Suggest a feature screen as a signed-out guest: breadcrumb Home, Community, eyebrow Community, title Suggest a feature with subtitle Pitch an idea to the community board, and a single card titled Sign in to post explaining that posting and voting need an account so the board can be moderated and each person votes once, that browsing stays open to everyone, with a blue Sign in or create account button and no form fields below it — Suggest a feature as a guest: the sign-in card replaces the form until you have an account.

How to report a post or block an author

Open the idea's detail screen.
Tap Post actions.
Tap Report this post and pick a reason: Spam, Abuse or harassment, Off-topic, or Other. Or tap Block author to hide every post from that person on your board.

Reported posts are reviewed by the developer, who acts within 24 hours. Objectionable posts are removed and abusive users are blocked or banned.

Troubleshooting

The board says "No ideas yet". Nothing has been posted yet. The board is read live from the server and never shows placeholder content. Tap + to post the first idea.

My vote did not count. Voting needs a free account. Tapping the caret as a guest opens the account offer instead of recording the vote; sign in and tap again.

The board shows an Offline banner. You are seeing the last list the app loaded. Reconnect to refresh it. If the board has never loaded, it asks for a connection instead.

My post was refused. The server applies a content filter and a daily posting limit, and tells you plainly when a post is not allowed. Check the post against the community guidelines and try again later if you hit the daily limit.

I want a post of mine removed. You can take back a vote yourself at any time; to remove a post, ask support. Deleting your account removes all your posts and votes.
